We're back

Hey everyone, it's Robbie.

After taking the summer off from COMUSO, spending some quality time with my wife, Alice and our little dog Lizzie, climbing some glorious mountains in the pouring rain and carving out some space in my mind to be creative again with some songwriting & other things - I feel refreshed, energised and ready to throw myself fully into all things COMUSO, once again.

Before moving on, I would just like to say a massive thank you to all of our members who have reached out to me during the summer and some of the wonderfully kind words shared in your posts within the website - I'll be making an effort to reach out to you all over the coming weeks.

Hopefully you've all found pockets of time and space to keep creative over the summer. We did leave a theme in the air for members of our Month By Month songwriter's club to maybe write a song to, 'The Forrest' - we'll create a playlist for these song submissions on the COMUSO player during this month, so please keep an eye/ear out for these.

I've worked on the website in the background over the past 3 weeks or so, tidying up loose ends and also making some pretty significant changes.

The Greenrooms:

All of our groups will now sit under the page 'The Greenrooms' and will essentially act as the homepage for our members only pages. Here you can view all the member's posts from groups you follow, and you can also now create your own groups to make conversations & topics as specific as you and few other like-minded members would like them to be - pretty cool, right?

Challenges, Badges & Collectables

This page is now dedicated to all of our challenges and badges (collectables for our member's profiles) - this includes, Month by Month and a whole array of new & classic MBM challenges.

The Writer's Lounge Forum

Members now have the opportunity to submit 2 song submissions a month into 'The Writer's Lounge Forum' for further feedback (this could be a MBM song submission or a song they're working on outside of COMUSO). Simply share a link to your song (or the playlist that it's within on the COMUSO Player), what kind of feedback you're after, and let our amazing community do the rest. All the dos and don'ts are explained on the page.

And finally, COMUSO Academy.

Although the page hasn't changed as such, the type of workshops were now offering has, BUT that'll come in my next post, so you best stick around until next time.
